It is important that employees receive training on the proper use of the equipment in the workplace. The main goal of ladder safety is to prevent injuries from slips and falls while using ladders. This program is designed to give the learner crucial knowledge and information about the whys and hows of ladder and stilt safety. It will also help you understand and interpret the ladder safety program.

This module focuses on government legislation, the ladder inspection process, and the different types of ladders – four of which will be covered. Some very important safety tips will also be covered, providing learners with the proper information and practices on how to work safely.
